Role Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and forward-thinking Strategic Collaboration Manager to lead and manage key partnerships, drive cross-functional initiatives, and identify opportunities that align with our long-term business goals. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a collaborative approach to working across teams and with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, evaluate, and manage strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and collaboration opportunities.
- Develop business cases, including market research, financial modeling, and risk assessments, for potential collaborations.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal departments (Product, Marketing, Sales, Legal, etc.) and external partners.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and track deliverables and timelines.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing collaborations and optimize for continued mutual benefit.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives and support strategic planning efforts.
- Present strategic partnership proposals and progress reports to senior leadership.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging markets to uncover new strategic opportunities.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Strategy, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 48 years of experience in strategy, business development, consulting, or partnerships.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional projects and external relationships.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage ambiguity and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience working in Medical Device e.g., healthcare, technology, or manufacturing.
- Understanding of legal and financial implications of partnership agreements.
- Exposure to international collaborations and global strategy is a plus.
