Build and sustain respectful relationships with doctors pharmacists and other local healthcare partners - Create and execute a territory business plan informed by customer insight and local trends - Share clear accurate science-based information to support healthcare professionals decisions - Bachelor s degree from a recognised institution - Minimum 1 year of customer-facing field sales or territory management experience - Valid driver s licence and willingness to travel within the territory - Good verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages - Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word Excel and PowerPoint - Right to work in India Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics it would be a plus - Prior experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare sales - Comfortable discussing clinical evidence and scientific concepts with healthcare professionals - Strong planning organisation and time management skills -
