We are looking for a highly skilled Automation Specialist to design, build, and deploy an end-to-end automation system that streamlines our back-office operations. The role focuses on integrating tools like Slack, Pipedrive, DocuSign, Google Workspace, PropertyMe/MRI, BGL Simple Fund 360, and ClickFunnels/GoHighLevel into a seamless workflow.

The goal is simple: replace manual admin processes with reliable automations that "just work" — while meeting compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement document automations (receipts, contracts, audit packs, authority forms).
- Build Slack command workflows (/receipt, /contract, /auditpack, etc.) for one-click actions.
- Configure and optimize Pipedrive CRM (fields, automations, deal stages).
- Automate document generation (Google Docs → PDF → email → Drive storage).
- Integrate DocuSign for seamless e-signature workflows.
- Automate onboarding workflows for Property Management tools (PropertyMe/MRI).
- Route leads from funnels (ClickFunnels/GoHighLevel) and classify them via AI.
- Build compliance workflows (intake checklists, missing-doc reminders, SLA trackers).
- Develop dashboards & reporting for KPIs, marketing attribution, and pipeline tracking.
- Ensure all workflows follow security, compliance, and reliability standards (AU privacy, SMSF).
- Provide documentation, diagrams, and runbooks, plus training for internal users.

Requirements:

- Proven experience with no-code automation platforms (Make.com/Integromat, Zapier, n8n, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Slack integrations and app workflows.
- Experience with CRM automation (Pipedrive preferred).
- Familiarity with Google Workspace automation (Docs, Drive, Sheets).
- Knowledge of DocuSign API/integration.
- Ability to integrate with Property Management tools (PropertyMe/MRI) & BGL Simple Fund 360.
- Understanding of compliance-sensitive workflows (finance, property, or legal).
- Ops/Systems mindset: able to map messy business processes into structured workflows.
- Strong communication skills, excellent documentation habits.

Nice to Have:

- Experience with AI-driven automations (lead classification, knowledge bots).
- Familiarity with Australian property or SMSF compliance.
- Prior experience building error handling + monitoring dashboards.
