Seeking an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented, self-starter to be a key contributor in building an iconic Digital Brand Services Agency. The incumbent will be a skilled full stack web developer fluent in designing high performance, responsive and scalable websites.

Meeting clients or account managers to discuss the business objectives and requirements of the job

Using innovation to redefine a design brief within the constraints of cost and time

Presenting finalized ideas and concepts to clients or account managers

Demonstrating illustrative skills with rough sketches and working on layouts ready for print

Working as part of a team with printers, copywriters, photographers, stylists, other designers, account executives, web developers and marketing specialists.

Monitoring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns

Envision & Design aesthetically pleasing web pages in line with UI/UX principles

Keep abreast of latest developments in UI/ UX, SEO, Web Design and development principles and educate peers through informal and formal discussions.

Make recommendations for improvements in workflows, reporting and pitches of all web development projects.

Who You Are

Competency

The candidate should be proficient with CorelDraw, Photoshop, AI and InDesign.

Prior experience in an Advertising agency is desirable

Degree in Applied Arts, Communication Design

Familiar with and passionate about brand and design principles to collaborate with specialists in the development of all assets.

Culture

High-degree of accountability to ensure deliveries of the highest standards in terms of quality and timelines without losing attention to details.

Invested in personal, professional and organizational growth; Constantly seeking ways to strengthen the synergies between all three.

Compensation

Bachelor's degree in relevant field and/or recognized industry certifications

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
