Position- Graphic Designer

Experience Required: 3-5 years

Qualification: Graduate with excellent communication skills (Preferable if experienced from similar industry), and a degree in design, fine arts, or a similar subject is preferred

Dynamic Events is a leading Event Management Company with a strategic approach to creating awe inspiring and larger than life event experiences. Headquartered in Pune, with an experience of over 25 years now, and with an in-depth understanding of production and execution of grand event set ups, we have executed events in cities nationally and internationally.

We, at Dynamic Events, are looking for an innovative and effective Graphic Designer to create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media. Your graphics should capture the attention of those who see them and communicate the right message.

Graphic Designer Job Responsibilities:

1) Working with the BD/CS team to produce new collateral and increase visual impact while adhering to the client/brand guidelines.

2) Creating themes, backdrop designs, venue layout, branding, and other event communication

3) Push the boundaries of the creativity to create one-of-a-kind, amazing, and inspiring visual designs that let the design tell the story.

4) Excellent time management skills, as well as the ability to manage many projects while adhering to deadlines, and design standards.

5) Liaise with external vendors to guarantee timely and efficient service delivery. The candidate will be in charge of printing requirements, approvals, and quality control.

6) Graphic design expertise with a solid portfolio in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Corel Draw, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat, Premiere Pro, After Effects etc).

7) Create novel and out-of-the-box concepts that propel the company's mission forward.

8) Enthusiasm and commitment to working in a fast-paced and dynamic workplace.

9) A high sense of aesthetics and detail.

10) A solid understanding of basic design disciplines

Required Skill Set

A minimum of 3 - 4 years of professional expertise in graphic design, creative visualisation, and conceptualization is required.
