JOB DESCRIPTION : EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS - Work with the Technical Support team to help customers and partners to solve issues encountered during the adoption and use of SAP Business One product. - Investigate and identify product defects reported by customers and partners and work closely with development teams and product managers to deliver solutions. - Investigate and provide solutions to DB corruptions caused by product defects in customers’ databases. - Provide generic solutions for common issues customers may have during their daily use of SAP Business One product. - Perform root cause analysis and debugging of software defects. QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES - Proficient in relational database and SQL language. - Experience with JavaScript and C++. Java knowledge is a plus. - Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities. - Knowledge of financial processes and documents, accounting and enterprise resource planning (ERP). - Fluent in both oral and written English with good communication skills. - Can work on multiple tasks, and work under pressure. WORK EXPERIENCE - At least two years’ experience in enterprise/large scale software development, support, or maintenance.
