Brief JD:

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Practice-wise Annual budget plan by working closely with Finance Manager.
- Produce business performance reports for the Delivery, which could be monthly.
- Oversee Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, mentoring, and training. Guide HR team on people related, legal issues and on employee policies.

JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:

- Must have a good expertise with IFS as a delivery / project lead.
- Customer Engagement: Play the role of Engagement Manager for multiple accounts,
- engage customer directly and be the go-to person for all issues and concerns.
- Prepare, review, and manage, own proposals, SOWs, contracts.
- Contribute towards Pre-Sales Activities from time to time.
- Have extensive experience Delivery Management (Service Desk, Application Support,
- and /or Application Development & Maintenance)

Qualification: BE or MBA

Communication: Good / Excellent:

NP: Immediate / 15 Days / 30 Days (Serving)
