Brief JD:


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Practice-wise Annual budget plan by working closely with Finance Manager.
  • Produce business performance reports for the Delivery, which could be monthly.
  • Oversee Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, mentoring, and training. Guide HR team on people related, legal issues and on employee policies.

JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:


  • Must have a good expertise with IFS as a delivery / project lead.
  • Customer Engagement: Play the role of Engagement Manager for multiple accounts,
  • engage customer directly and be the go-to person for all issues and concerns.
  • Prepare, review, and manage, own proposals, SOWs, contracts.
  • Contribute towards Pre-Sales Activities from time to time.
  • Have extensive experience Delivery Management (Service Desk, Application Support,
  • and /or Application Development & Maintenance)



Qualification: BE or MBA


Communication: Good / Excellent:


NP: Immediate / 15 Days / 30 Days (Serving)
