Role Description This is an on-site internship role for an Early Childhood Educator, based in Pune. The Early Childhood Educator will work closely with young learners, facilitating activities and lessons that promote creativity, cognitive development, and active engagement. Responsibilities include preparing and organizing materials, guiding and supervising children during activities, and fostering a supportive and stimulating learning environment tailored to the needs of early learners. The role requires collaboration with colleagues and effective communication with families to ensure the child's holistic development. Qualifications - Knowledge of Early Childhood Development and experience working with children. - Strong Interpersonal Skills, including the ability to connect with children and collaborate with parents and colleagues. - Creativity Skills and the ability to design engaging, age-appropriate activities and lessons. - Excellent Organization Skills to manage classroom activities and maintain a structured learning environment. - Patience, empathy, and a passion for early childhood education are highly beneficial. - Certifications or coursework in childhood education, child psychology, or a related field are a plus.
