We are seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper who will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing day-to-day accounting tasks, and supporting the finance team in smooth operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate books of accounts including daily data entry, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance.
- Record all financial transactions including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts regularly.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Maintain records of invoices, vouchers, and receipts in an organized manner.
- Experience in Export Import (EXIM) Documentations and protocols.
- Support statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and other filings by providing required data to the accounts team.
- Work closely with internal departments to track expenses and ensure proper allocation of costs.
- Maintain petty cash transactions and reconciliation.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Generate MIS reports as required by management.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy in handling sensitive financial information.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or related field.
- 2–4 years of proven work experience as a Bookkeeper, Accountant, or similar role.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks or similar).
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Kannada preferred.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
