Just ask :) RequirementsThis is an in-office (Bangalore) role and you should be ok with that. We’re flexible with work from home as an option as and when you need it. You should have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. Experience handling bookkeeping and AP-AR for a company. Experience working with a startup will be preferred. Familiarity with e-commerce financial operations, including payment gateway reconciliations and online sales accounting, is highly desirable. Knowledge of preparing data for GST and TDS filings. Basic understanding of cash flow management is a plus. Educational qualifications: B.Com(H)/M.Com/MBA. Proficiency in bookkeeping using Tally Prime Roles & ResponsibilitiesYou will work across The Bae Shop & Bobble Heads Media (it’s our in-house marketing agency)Prepare and maintain accurate monthly and quarterly financial reports.Handle end-to-end payroll — salary calculations, pay slips, and timely payments.Manage client invoicing, vendor payments, and ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory requirements.Record and reconcile all financial transactions — sales, refunds, expenses, and accounts receivable.Maintain accurate inventory and e-commerce accounting, ensuring proper reflection of stock movements and online sales.Oversee payment gateway settlements and resolve financial discrepancies with external partners.Review and finalise monthly accounts, reconciliations, and ensure audit readiness.Support cash flow management and provide insights for budgeting, profitability tracking, and cost control.Liaise with auditors and drive process improvements for better efficiency and accuracy.Come join us to see your work making a differenceApply - https://forms.Gle/M5cPXbVdffA9gEbx6
