Position HR ExecutiveCompany Overview Our Client is a leader in accounting services with a strong presence in Ahmedabad Gujarat India Client is known for its high-quality services and commitment to providing exceptional value to their Clients We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Executive to join our team and help us continue our success As an HR Executive you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process talent acquisition and maintaining client relationships You will also be responsible for HR generalist job postings managing job boards and coordinating with other HR team members Your role will also involve data management and reporting ensuring that all HR-related data is accurate and up-to-date Key Responsibilities - Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job postings to onboarding - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs - Utilize various job boards and platforms to source and attract top talent - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions - Screen and shortlist resumes conduct interviews and make hiring recommendations - Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and employee data - Prepare and present HR reports and metrics to management - Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices Qualifications - Proven experience as an HR Executive or in a similar recruitment-related role within a consulting firm or staffing agency - Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field - Strong knowledge of recruitment and talent acquisition strategies - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates - Proficient in data management and reporting - Familiarity with job boards and recruitment platforms - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Contract Details This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package The HR Executive will be based in our office in Ahmedabad Gujarat India If you have a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition and are looking to join a dynamic and successful company we encourage you to apply for this role We are committed to providing a positive and supportive work environment for our employees and we look forward to welcoming a new HR Executive to our team
