We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing strategies and campaigns.Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing strategies across Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms. Manage SEO (on-page/off-page) and SEM campaigns to increase brand visibility and lead generation. Handle social media marketing, content creation, and posting schedules. Create and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads). Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, etc., and prepare reports. Lead a small team of designers, content writers, and interns. Manage client campaigns, monitor budgets, and ensure ROI. Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and algorithms.Required Skills and Competencies1. Strategic Thinking Ability to develop and execute long-term digital marketing strategies. Understanding of customer journey mapping and sales funnel optimization. 2. Digital Marketing Expertise Proficiency in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing. Familiarity with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, etc.). 3. Analytical Skills Strong ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Data Studio, and similar reporting tools. 4. Creative Skills Strong understanding of design, branding, and copywriting principles. Ability to conceptualize engaging campaigns and storytelling techniques. 5. Communication Skills Excellent written and verbal communication. Ability to present ideas clearly to internal teams and stakeholders. 6. Project Management Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Strong organizational and time management skills. 7. Leadership and Team Management Experience in guiding, motivating, and evaluating team members. Conflict resolution and performance management skills. 8. Technical Skills Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify, etc.). Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus. Understanding of CRM systems and integration with marketing tools. 9. Adaptability & Learning Mindset Willingness to adapt to new tools and industry changes quickly. Proactive in experimenting with fresh marketing approaches. 10. Budget Management Experience in allocating and optimizing digital marketing budgets.
