Job Description Expertiz is seeking a skilled and adaptable Content Editor to join our collaborative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and editing engaging web content, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and digital strategy. You will work within a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and collaborating effectively with various internal and external stakeholders. Job Description: - Web Content Editing & Copy Creation: Produce high-quality, compelling, and accurate web content and copy. This includes editing existing content for clarity, grammar, style, and brand consistency, as well as creating original content from scratch for various digital platforms. - Collaborative Team Work: Function seamlessly as an integral part of a collaborative team, contributing to shared goals and supporting colleagues in achieving overall departmental objectives. - Workload Prioritization: Efficiently manage and prioritize a busy workload, ensuring that all tasks are completed effectively and meet designated deadlines. This requires strong organizational skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. - Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage relationships with various stakeholders, including wider internal teams (e.g., marketing, design, product) and external agencies. This involves clear communication, expectation setting, and ensuring alignment on content initiatives. - Strong Communication Skills: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication abilities. You must be able to articulate complex ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively to diverse audiences. - CMS Proficiency: Possess a working knowledge of Content Management Systems (CMS) in general, allowing for efficient content upload, management, and publishing. Required Skills: - Proficiency in web content editing and copy creation. - Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team. - Strong capability to prioritize a busy workload effectively. - Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management, working with wider teams and agencies. - Strong communicator skills; must be able to articulate well. - Working knowledge of CMS in general. Highly Desirable: - Exposure to German clients or proficiency in the German language.
