Job descriptionSome careers have more impact than others If youre looking for a career where you can make a real impression join HSBC and discover how valued youll be HSBC is one of the largest banking and financial services organisations in the world with operations in 62 countries and territories We aim to be where the growth is enabling businesses to thrive and economies to prosper and ultimately helping people to fulfil their hopes and realise their ambitions We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of AVP Data Management Professional PracticesPrincipal responsibilitiesWe are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our team working together with colleagues to define manage and achieve divisional business targets The role holder will be required to support the delivery of global initiatives including Supporting the implementation and maintenance of Assurance systems and data management framework to ensure the application of best practices across applicable Assurance teams Support the maintenance and delivery of new and existing AI capabilities including Generative AI GenAI and Robotic Process Automation RPA tools Provide support to Assurance staff to ensure adherence to data quality standards and systems guidance Support the delivery of data needs across all sub-business lines functions and locations for internal and external key stakeholders Influence and interact effectively with technical and non-technical internal and external stakeholders The role holder will have the opportunity to establish and maintain a wide network of global colleagues and stakeholders across all risk disciplines and various management levels Requirements Have excellent advanced MS excel SharePoint skills with strong knowledge of Qlik and RPA tools such as Power platform Power Automate Power Apps and or AI Builder A strong understanding of emerging technology with focus on AI capabilities including Generative AI GenAI and Robotic Process Automation RPA A good understanding of Cloud platforms like Azure GCP AWS Strong understanding of HSBC practices for data management including but not limited to data architecture data integration data classification data strategy reference data management data quality data security and privacy master data management and data standards Demonstrable experience in delivering technology solutions within a global organisation or in the financial services industry Up to date on the latest advancements in AI research and able to apply knowledge to ongoing projects Ability to work autonomously and in partnership to deliver business value in pressurised environments and under tight timescales Excellent attention to detail and good stakeholder engagement skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Youll achieve more at HSBCHSBC is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued respected and opinions count We take pride in providing a workplace that fosters continuous professional development flexible working and opportunities to grow within an inclusive and diverse environment Personal data held by the Bank relating to employment applications will be used in accordance with our Privacy Statement which is available on our website Issued By HSBC Electronic Data Processing India Private LTD HSBC
