Job Description

Role offered:

Field Research Executive

Location:

City-based (e.g. Mumbai, Bengaluru, Ahmedabad), operating within Liases Foras residential micromarkets.

Experience & Qualification:

Graduate (preferred) or equivalent; freshers/up to 2 years experience in real estate or research roles encouraged.

Exposure to residential fieldwork, market mapping, or research is a plus.

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong attention to detail.

Proficiency in MSExcel, Word, and basic reporting tools.

Willingness to travel across the assigned area via two-wheeler or in-city transport for field data collection.

Basic understanding of the residential real estate ecosystem: project life cycle, buyer segment behavior, micro-market drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

Field-based residential surveys: visit housing projects, gated communities, rental clusters or apartments to collect firsthand dataconstruction status, occupancy, pricing, launch phases, amenities, etc.

Desktop research: verify project details through RERA, developer portals, municipal/land records for residential development timelines and approvals.

Database upkeep: maintain accurate registers of upcoming residential projects, occupancy/absorption trends, and overlay information by micromarket.
