Key Responsibilities: - Conduct a full systems audit to assess infrastructure, performance, and security. - Provide technical and user support to internal staff. - Oversee maintenance, updates, and system backups to ensure reliability. - Manage IT infrastructure, software licenses, and integration's. - Coordinate with third-party vendors for seamless operations. - Ensure systems remain secure, up-to-date, and compliant with best practices.
