The role will involve conducting a comprehensive systems audit, providing user support, performing routine maintenance and ensuring timely updates and management of all IT operations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct a full systems audit to assess infrastructure, performance, and security. Provide technical and user support to internal staff. Oversee maintenance, updates, and system backups to ensure reliability. Manage IT infrastructure, software licenses, and integration's. Coordinate with third-party vendors for seamless operations. Ensure systems remain secure, up-to-date, and compliant with best practices. Systems Overview: Core platforms include Microsoft 365 and Teams, Moodle (Enovation), Salesforce CRM, WordPress/WooCommerce (Flywheel), Sage/Xero, and Mailchimp. The service provider will oversee these key systems, ensuring smooth connectivity, performance, and data protection across the organisation.
