Role Overview As a Production Coordinator at CK Creatives, the role focuses on ensuring smooth execution of all production activities including shoot planning, coordination, logistics, and on-site management. You will work closely with the Creative, Project, and Operations teams to make sure every production runs efficiently, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities - Plan and coordinate shoot schedules, team allocation, and logistics. - Arrange locations, assets, equipment, travel, food, and stay requirements. - Coordinate with talent, crew, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution. - Manage on-site activities, ensure timely shoot start, and maintain smooth workflow. - Handle documentation, basic reporting, and communication between departments. Requirements - Experience in production coordination or shoot management. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills. - Ability to work efficiently under deadlines. - Good communication and coordination abilities. - Willingness to relocate when required. Software Knowledge - MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) - Basic knowledge of production-related tools is an advantage.
