You will work closely with the Creative, Project, and Operations teams to make sure every production runs efficiently, on time, and within budget.Key Responsibilities- Plan and coordinate shoot schedules, team allocation, and logistics.- Arrange locations, assets, equipment, travel, food, and stay requirements.- Coordinate with talent, crew, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.- Manage on-site activities, ensure timely shoot start, and maintain smooth workflow.- Handle documentation, basic reporting, and communication between departments.Requirements- Experience in production coordination or shoot management.- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.- Ability to work efficiently under deadlines.- Good communication and coordination abilities.- Willingness to relocate when required.Software Knowledge- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)- Basic knowledge of production-related tools is an advantage.Added Advantages (Plus Points)- Wide range of contacts in talents and related production departments.- Familiarity with AI tools for workflow improvement
