Job Title: Graduate Trainee - Online Reputation Management (ORM)

Location: Worli, Mumbai, Maharashtr

Duration : 6-Month Traineeship

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement ORM strategies to enhance clients online reputation.
- Monitor and manage online reviews, forums, and discussions across multiple platforms.
- Respond to and address negative sentiment or mentions to mitigate potential risks.
- Utilize ORM tools to track performance, measure sentiment, and identify trends.
- Stay updated on emerging industry trends and best practices in reputation management.
- Prepare detailed ORM performance reports, highlighting insights and recommendations.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Availability for a full-time 6-month traineeship.

Technical & Soft Skills

- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and online marketing.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent presentation abilities.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
