Administration and Management Configure administer and maintain Microsoft Co-Pilot and Power Platform applications Ensure optimal performance security and availability of these platforms Manage user accounts roles and permissions in accordance with organizational policies Integration and Development Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications Develop custom applications workflows and dashboards using Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI Integrate Microsoft Co-Pilot and Power Platform solutions with other enterprise systems Support and Training Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Microsoft Co-Pilot and Power Platform applications Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users to enhance their understanding and usage of these tools Monitoring and Optimization Monitor system performance usage metrics and logs to identify and resolve issues proactively Optimize solutions for performance reliability and scalability Governance and Compliance Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies Implement best practices for data management and application development within the Power Platform Innovation and Improvement Stay updated with the latest features updates and best practices in Microsoft Co-Pilot and Power Platform Propose and implement enhancements to improve efficiency and user experience Qualifications Education Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field Experience Proven experience as a Power Platform Administrator or similar role Experience with Microsoft Co-Pilot and its integration with the Power Platform Strong knowledge of Power BI Power Apps Power Automate and Power Virtual Agents Technical Skills Proficiency in developing and managing applications on the Power Platform Familiarity with Azure services and integration with the Power Platform Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell JavaScript or similar Soft Skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Preferred Qualifications Microsoft Power Platform certifications e g PL-900 PL-100 PL-200 PL-400 Experience with other Microsoft 365 applications and services Experience in project management or agile methodologies At DXC Technology we believe strong connections and community are key to our success Our work model prioritizes in-person collaboration while offering flexibility to support wellbeing productivity individual work styles and life circumstances We re committed to fostering an inclusive environment where everyone can thrive Recruitment fraud is a scheme in which fictitious job opportunities are offered to job seekers typically through online services such as false websites or through unsolicited emails claiming to be from the company These emails may request recipients to provide personal information or to make payments as part of their illegitimate recruiting process DXC does not make offers of employment via social media networks and DXC never asks for any money or payments from applicants at any point in the recruitment process nor ask a job seeker to purchase IT or other equipment on our behalf More information on employment scams is available
