Job Description About the position: We seek an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager (Non-IT) who will take ownership of the end-to-end recruiting process. He or she will focus on effectively sourcing, attracting, hiring, and retaining talented individuals who align with the Brand's objectives. This role involves direct interaction with clients, associates, and the industry to build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate/ convert sales. Job Skills 1. :Experience in hiring creative profiles, international or luxury industry hiring (any 2 2. )Demonstrated experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to closure 3. .Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage the recruitment process efficiently 4. .Experience working effectively with hiring managers and department heads to understand and meet hiring needs 5. .Proven ability to negotiate job offers and terms of employment with candidates 6. .Ability and willingness to travel 4 - 7 days a month for recruitment-related activities .
