We're Looking For:

A Design Lead who thrives on ownership, can manage multiple project streams across diverse industries, and knows how to get the best out of designers working with them. This role is both hands-on (driving the end-to-end design process, including technical UI and visual design) and strategic (guiding teams, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring design maturity in every project).

Key Qualifications:

- 4+ years of professional UX/UI design experience (exceptions made for exceptional talent).
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across industries as both an individual contributor and team lead.
- Strong communication and leadership skills - able to confidently drive stakeholder discussions, solve problems collaboratively, strategize, and quickly adapt to new domains.
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process: research, information architecture, wireframing, prototyping, technical UI, and polished visual design.
- Expertise in design systems, component-based methodologies, and scalable design delivery.

- Solid understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React, etc.) to collaborate with developers and ensure pixel-perfect implementation of designs.

What You'll do:

- Lead and execute multiple UX/UI design projects from discovery to delivery, while being accountable for project outcomes and designers working with you.
- Balance hands-on design execution with leadership responsibilities — ensuring that designs are not only usable and beautiful but also aligned with business strategy.
- Facilitate stakeholder discussions, present design strategies, and ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Design seamless, efficient, and visually engaging web and mobile experiences.
- Build and maintain design systems for consistency and scalability.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and AI-driven innovations, applying them meaningfully to projects.
