Responsibilities

- Supervise all civil construction activities .
- Ensure work is executed as per drawing specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with structural consultants, architects,MEP engineers and vendors.
- Monitor daily site progress and report regularly to the project manager
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports, material reconciliation and quality checklists
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements.
- Verify contractor bills, work measurements and material consumption.
- Assist in material planning, indenting and maintaining stock levels at the site.

Qualifications

- B-tech/M-tech in civil engineering with minimum 15 years of experience

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of construction techniques, project management and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and structural details
- Strong knowledge of concreting ,steel reinforcement, formwork and finishing work
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills.
- Experience in high rise or large scale township projects.
