Project Planner: A Key Role in Ensuring Project Success

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Planner to lead our project planning and control function.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading planning teams for multi-location, multi-disciplinary projects.

Job Description

As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Establishing project baselines, monitoring deviations, and ensuring timely corrective actions.
  • Coordinating with engineering, procurement, and execution teams for integrated planning.

You will also be responsible for implementing project monitoring systems, dashboards, and progress reports, as well as tracking KPIs such as cost, time, productivity, and resource utilization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop project schedules and baselines.
  • Monitor project progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure timely completion of projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A graduate/postgraduate degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation).
  • 15+ years of project planning experience in EPC/Infrastructure/Water & Wastewater industry.
  • Strong expertise in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
  • A proven track record of leading planning teams for multi-location, multi-disciplinary projects.
