Job Description

- Plan and schedule daily content across social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Assist in the execution of paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize ongoing campaign performance (CPC, CPL, ROAS)
- Coordinate with the design team to develop creatives, banners, reels, and promotional videos
- Handle basic SEO tasks including on-page and off-page optimization, and track keyword rankings
- Drive traffic and lead generation via digital channels and optimized landing pages
- Manage CRM integration to capture and track leads from website, ads, and third-party portals
- Use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Insights to analyze performance data and derive insights
- Support video marketing campaigns for real estate promotions and walkthroughs
- Assist in executing email marketing campaigns and WhatsApp broadcasts targeting property leads

Requirements

- Degree or diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or a related field
- Basic understanding of Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, SEO/SEM principles
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, ChatGPT, Mailchimp, and HubSpot is an added advantage
- Strong communication and coordination skills to work with internal and external teams
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within a dynamic real estate marketing environment
- Passion for digital content, branding, and emerging marketing trends
