ABOUT TEMENOS Temenos powers a world of banking that creates opportunities for billions of people and businesses everywhere We have been doing this for over 30 years through the pioneering spirit of our Temenosians who are passionate about making banking better together We serve over 3000 clients from the largest to challengers and community banks in 150 countries We collaborate with clients to build new banking services and state-of-the-art customer experiences on our open banking platform helping them operate more sustainably At Temenos we have an open-minded and inclusive culture where everyone has the power to create their own destiny and make a positive contribution to the world of banking and society THE ROLE We are seeking a highly skilled Test Engineer with strong expertise in Mobile and internet banking applications The role involves designing developing and executing test strategies for Digital banking ensuring high-quality delivery The candidate should have hands-on experience in functional integration regression and automation testing Knowledge of performance and security testing techniques will be an added advantage OPPORTUNITIES Participate in end-of-end testing of Digital modules Design and execute test cases based on business and functional requirements Conduct functional regression and integration testing including support for SIT and UAT phases Contribute to test automation efforts using tools like Selenium Tosca and test complete Collaborate with development product owners and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage Assist in test data creation environment setup and defect reporting tracking using tools such as JIRA Zephyr or HP ALM Write and maintain SQL queries for backend validation on Oracle SQL databases Ensure adherence to QA processes standards and documentation practices Prepare testing status reports and participate in defect triage meetings Work closely with senior testers to gain domain and technical expertise in Temenos and banking applications SKILLS 2-6 years of overall QA testing experience in the banking or financial services domain Hands-on testing experience with digital banking applications Exposure to Automation Testing using tools like Selenium Tosca or relevant frameworks Good understanding of banking workflows including payments flows Working knowledge of test management tools such as JIRA Zephyr or HP ALM Proficiency in writing and executing SQL queries for test validations Strong analytical skills attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team VALUES We care and listen to each other our clients partners and the communities we serve We commit with determination and persistence to make things happen We collaborate within Temenos and across a wider partner ecosystem We challenge the status quo try to look at things differently and drive change SOME OF OUR BENEFITS include Maternity leave Transition back with 3 days per week in the first month and 4 days per week in the second month Family care 4 weeks of paid family care leave Recharge days 4 days per year to use when you need to physically or mentally needed to recharge Study leave 2 weeks of paid leave each year for study or personal development Please make sure to read our LI-Hybrid
