Job Description

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven E - Commerce Executive to oversee online sales, manage digital platforms, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and team management.

- Candidate should have minimum 1 year of experience in uploading the products on online shopping portals
- like jabong, Myntra, Sanapdeal, Amazon, ebay, Indiamart.com, Tradindia.com, Alibaba.com etc. Should have good knowledge if Ms. Excel. Have good written communication skill. Job timing : 9.30AM to 7PM.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales and enhance customer experience.
- Manage online marketplaces, company website, and digital sales channels.
- Coordinate with marketing and content teams to optimize product listings, promotions, and campaigns.
- Monitor e-commerce performance metrics and generate regular reports for management.
- Implement strategies for inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics.
- Optimize website and platform user experience to increase conversion rates.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitor activities, and technology advancements.
- Manage and mentor the e-commerce team to achieve departmental goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 38 years of experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or online sales.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Amazon, Flipkart).
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online advertising strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and KPIs.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
