Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Tele Sales Manager to lead our Personal Loan / Business Loan Tele Sales team in Karnataka. The candidate must have prior experience in handling large tele sales teams, a strong understanding of call centre operations, and expertise in sales metrics, dialler systems, and CRM tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a large tele sales team (including Team Leaders, Assistant Managers, and Associates) for Personal Loan & Business Loan verticals.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets, productivity, and key performance metrics (connect rate, conversion rate, talk time, login hours, AHT, etc.).
- Monitor team performance using dialler systems, CRM software, and tele sales dashboards.
- Drive effective lead allocation, call flow, and conversion through efficient workforce management.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the team to deliver high-quality customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, RBI/financial guidelines, and quality standards.
- Regularly review team performance, identify gaps, and implement process improvements.
- Coordinate with central operations and product teams to align strategies for the entire Karnataka region.
- Maintain strong focus on customer experience while driving revenue growth.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum 45 years of experience in managing tele sales / call centre operations (preferably loans/financial products).
- Strong knowledge of tele calling metrics, dialler operations, and CRM platforms.
- Proven ability to manage large teams and achieve business targets.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Mandatory: Proficiency in Kannada (regional language).
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in a 6-day work environment (including Saturday & Sunday).
