Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, LWC, and Aura Components. - Build and customize Lightning pages, flows, triggers, and validation rules. - Collaborate with admins, architects, and business users to translate functional requirements into technical deliverables. - Develop and consume REST/SOAP APIs for integrations with external systems. - Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) including development, testing, deployment, and support. - Perform unit testing, code reviews, and ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices. - Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and optimize performance across custom Salesforce implementations. - Work with Salesforce DevOps tools (e.g., Git, Gearset, Copado, Bitbucket, Jenkins) for source control and deployments. Mandatory Skills: - Proficiency in Apex Classes, Triggers, SOQL, SOSL - Experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC) and Aura - Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration (objects, fields, workflows, process builder, flows) Desirable Skills: - Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party apps using REST APIs, SOAP, or middleware (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.) - Familiarity with Salesforce DX, Scratch Orgs, and Unlocked Packages - Salesforce certifications such as: - Platform Developer I (PDI) preferred - Platform Developer II, App Builder, or JavaScript Developer I a plus - Exposure to Agile methodology, JIRA, Confluence, and CI/CD tools
