Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Assurance Assistant Manager based in Sonipat. The individual will oversee day-to-day quality operations, ensure compliance with quality standards, and monitor production processes. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing quality control procedures, conducting audits, resolving quality-related issues, managing documentation for quality management systems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain product standards. The role also involves assisting in continuous improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with ISO standards. Qualifications - Strong understanding of Quality Control, Quality Assurance processes, and ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards - Experience in conducting quality audits, root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions - Familiarity with polymer compounding processes and material science - Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and attention to detail - Strong communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills - Proficiency in managing documentation and quality management systems - Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Technology, Material Science, or a related field - Relevant experience in a quality role, preferably within polymer, automotive, or related industries
