Join our growing Finance Practice in Chennai. We're seeking a passionate and results-oriented Finance professional with strong client-facing and problem-solving skills. You'll lead solutioning, drive business growth, and transform client finance functions.

Job Description:

- Be part of the Finance Practice team in Chennai, implement and execute Finance practice level strategies to expand the footprint of the practice
- Creation of solutions for pursuits as well as new business opportunities in existing engagements and validates the proposals to deliver a differentiated business proposition to pursuits/existing clients and win deals
- Provides support to Sales, Business Development & KAM based on in-depth understanding
- Provide expert views on trends in a finance domain based on domain expertise to create a pipeline of clients and increase revenue.
- Partner with operation, digital and technology teams in necessary engagements
- Help assess and transform Mindsprint clients' finance function to improve performance and effectiveness.
- Engage with vendor partners for building solutions for finance function

Profile Description:

Must have skills:

1. 7+ yrs Domain experience in RTR and FP&A
2. MBA from Tier 2, CA/CMA qualified/semi qualified
3. Excellent communication and articulation skills
4. Should have worked in the 3rd party industry in a client facing role
5. Functional knowledge in SAP or Oracle or MS Dynamics
6. Should have engaged/driven process improvements/ projects / automations
7. Self-starter and possess good Analytical & Negotiation skills
8. Excellent Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management skills
9. Industry outlook and knowledge in technology trends in finance domain

Good to have skills:

1. Continuous improvement, Transformation and Automation exposure
2. MS Application proficiency
3. RFP / Presales exposure
4. 6 sigma, lean certification
5. Excellent understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
6. Knowledge of Power BI, data analytics tools
7. Exposure in Finance Change management
