Job Description:Be part of the Finance Practice team in Chennai, implement and execute Finance practice level strategies to expand the footprint of the practiceCreation of solutions for pursuits as well as new business opportunities in existing engagements and validates the proposals to deliver a differentiated business proposition to pursuits/existing clients and win dealsProvides support to Sales, Business Development & KAM based on in-depth understandingProvide expert views on trends in a finance domain based on domain expertise to create a pipeline of clients and increase revenue.Partner with operation, digital and technology teams in necessary engagementsHelp assess and transform Mindsprint clients' finance function to improve performance and effectiveness.Engage with vendor partners for building solutions for finance function

Profile Description:Must have skills:7+ yrs Domain experience in RTR and FP&AMBA from Tier 2, CA/CMA qualified/semi qualifiedExcellent communication and articulation skillsShould have worked in the 3rd party industry in a client facing roleFunctional knowledge in SAP or Oracle or MS DynamicsShould have engaged/driven process improvements/ projects / automationsSelf-starter and possess good Analytical & Negotiation skillsExcellent Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management skillsIndustry outlook and knowledge in technology trends in finance domainGood to have skills:Continuous improvement, Transformation and Automation exposureMS Application proficiencyRFP / Presales exposure6 sigma, lean certificationExcellent understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Knowledge of Power BI, data analytics toolsExposure in Finance Change management
