Job Description Location: In-House (Office-based) Working Hours: 12:00 PM 8:00 PM (Monday to Friday) About the Role: We are seeking a confident and fluent Telephonic Interviewer to join our in-house recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting telephonic interviews with potential candidates, evaluating their communication skills, and grading them based on predefined criteria. The ideal candidate will be articulate, attentive, and comfortable engaging with a high volume of candidates over the phone while maintaining professionalism and accuracy in evaluation. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct telephonic interviews with candidates using structured questions or scripts. - Assess and grade candidates on communication, confidence, and suitability for the role. - Record detailed feedback and maintain interview data accurately in internal systems. - Collaborate with the HR and recruitment team for scheduling and follow-ups. - Ensure every candidate has a professional and positive experience during the call. - Achieve daily and weekly interview targets as assigned. Requirements: - Excellent command over spoken and written English. - Strong communication, listening, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to assess and grade candidates objectively. - Basic computer skills (Google Sheets / Excel / data entry tools). - Prior experience in recruitment, telecalling, or customer interaction preferred. - Punctual, disciplined, and capable of working independently in an office environment.
