Job Description We are seeking a seasonedAdobe Experience Manager (AEM) Technical Leadto drive and foresee the technical design, development, and deployment of enterprise-level web content management solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in AEM EDS strong Java/J2EE skills, and hands-on experience with modern web technologies and frameworks. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end implementation of AEM projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and timely execution. - Architect and develop AEM templates, components, dialogs, and workflows using Sightly/HTL, Sling Models, and Adobe Core Components. - Data Layer implementation in AEM for collection and management of data in CDP and Adobe Analytics for website tracking and customer profiling - Implement and manageContinuous Integration/Deployment pipelinesusingAEM Cloud Manager. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, QA, and Project Management. - Guide and mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, peer-to-peer reviews and enforce best practices. - Deploy applications across Dev, QA, and Production environments. Required Skills & Qualifications: - AEM Certified Sites Developeror equivalent certification. - Strong experience with AEM EDS and legacy CQ5 building blocks. - Proficiency inJava/J2EE,Apache Sling, andJCR APIs. - Solid understanding ofHTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks. - Experience withGraphQLfor headless CMS integrations. - Familiarity withTouch UI,Sling Models, andAEM Core Components. - Knowledge ofAEM as a Cloud Serviceand its architecture. - Experience withCI/CD tools,Git,Maven, andJenkins. - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Nice-to-Have Skills: - Experience with other CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal, WordPress). - Integration experience withAdobe Magentoor other eCommerce platforms. - Exposure toReact,Angular, orVue.jsfor frontend development. - Understanding ofAdobe Target,Campaign, or other Adobe Marketing Cloud tools. Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders. - Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
