We’re looking for Client Servicing experts to lead key client relationships and deliver seamless, high-impact event experiences.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai for a Client Servicing Expert with 2-3 years of experience. The Client Servicing Expert will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring all project related tasks are executed on time and ensuring client satisfaction. Day-to-day tasks include communicating with clients, addressing their needs, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

What you will do:

- Act as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of clients, ensuring trust and satisfaction
- Manage end-to-end client servicing — from brief to flawless event delivery
- Collaborate with internal creative, production, and tech teams to bring ideas to life
- Manage multiple accounts, ensuring quality, profitability, and timely delivery
- Spot opportunities to grow accounts through upselling & cross-selling

What we are looking for:

- 2 - 3 years of experience in client servicing (corporate events, conferences, experiential marketing, media, or advertising)
- Proven success managing large-scale clients/ projects independently
- Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
- Strong multitasking & problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of event production processes, budgets, and timelines
- Willingness to work flexible hours during event schedules
- Complete ownership towards your work and projects assigned to you
- Experience working in an office environment with knowledge of basic tools like MS Office suite, Canva, etc.
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision and as part of a team
