Description

We are seeking an experienced Site Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects on site. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management within the construction industry, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage all aspects of site projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project alignment and success.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, budgets, and reports to monitor progress and performance.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and challenges to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on site.
- Arranging required manpower, equipment, materials, Tracking consumables, material deliveries, inventory.
- Tracking consumables, material deliveries, inventory, Conducting site inspections, audits.
- Maintaining project documentation: daily reports, site diaries, quality & safety logs.
- Managing change requests: assessing impact, getting approvals, communicating.

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 3-10 years of experience in site project management or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, and other relevant software.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to use scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, others), cost estimation tools,
- Budgeting, cost control, procurement, financial reporting.
- Planning, scheduling, ability to meet deadlines.
- Handling unexpected circumstances, changes in scope, delays, resource constraints.
- Knowledge of modern construction techniques, sustainable practices.
