Job Summary:

The Interior Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing interior design and fit-out projects from initiation to completion. The role involves managing budgets, schedules, vendors, and site teams to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end management of interior projects (residential, commercial, retail, or corporate).
  • Prepare detailed project schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans.
  • Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to align project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress, site execution, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Manage procurement of materials, vendor negotiations, and inventory control.
  • Conduct regular site inspections, resolve on-site issues, and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Prepare and present progress reports, MIS updates, and project documentation.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, company policies, and health & safety guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design / Architecture / Civil Engineering or related field.
  • Proven 4–8 years of experience in interior project management or fit-out projects.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, and construction processes.
  • Excellent leadership, team management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, AutoCAD, MS Office, or similar software.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300, ₹900,000.00 per year
