  • Manage and oversee interior design projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
  • Supervise and direct the activities of designers, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that projects meet deadlines.
  • Monitor project budgets and control costs to keep projects within financial constraints.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure work aligns with design specifications and quality standards.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare project reports and update clients on project progress.
  • Ensure all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of interior site supervisory or managerial role experience.
  • Ability to consult with Architects, Interior designers, engineers and Builders regarding project completion.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
  • Proven experience in managing interior design projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle unexpected challenges
