Manager - Legal (Real-Estate) will be responsible for assisting senior management in handling legal affairs related to real estate, including but not limited to the preparation of legal documents such as Sale deeds, contracts, and lease Agreement, Joint Development Agreement, Supplementary Agreement, Board Resolution, Solving queries of Customers and co-ordinate with sales team to solve the queries of the customer, Solving allottee’s advocate queries, Confirmation Deed, GPA, SPA. The Manager - Legal (Real-Estate) will also help in handling litigation matters, drafting of legal opinions, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and liaising with government authorities, financial institutions, and other stakeholders, Upload documents for Registration purpose in Kaveri Portal, Apply and obtain Khata in Sakala App, follow-up for khata Transfer with concerned authorities, Online apply for EC, RTC, MR, CC, when ever needed. A legal manager is responsible for ensuring that the organization follows the relevant laws and regulations in its activities, as well as protecting its interests and rights in legal matters. Common tasks for this role include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts and agreements; developing and implementing policies and procedures to comply with legal requirements and best practices; advising and supportingsenior management and other departments on legal issues and risks; managing and supervising the legal team and external counsel; handling and resolving disputes and litigation cases; and researching and updating on the latest legal developments and trends. Qualifications - Bachelor's or master's degree in law from an accredited university - Minimum of 08 to 10 years of experience in real estate legal work - Familiarity with legal document drafting and agreements. - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. - Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects effectively. - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to tasks. - Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal processes in the real estate industry - Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. - High level of integrity and trustworthiness -
