Sales Executive for Igatpuri Site We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our real estate sales team The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing sales nurturing long-term client relationships and contributing to business development and marketing strategies This role is best suited for individuals who are self-driven target-oriented and passionate about real estate sales Product NA Plots Luxury Apartments Residential Building Experience 5- 10 years in real estate Key Responsibilities Generate revenue by identifying and securing sales opportunities through both existing client relationships and new lead generation Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach and follow-ups Promote and market real estate projects to potential buyers and investors Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies Conduct market research to stay informed about competitive offerings and customer needs Participate in client meetings site visits and negotiations to close deals effectively Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth post-sales support and customer satisfaction Qualifications Requirements Gender Male candidates only Females can also apply who are willing to work on sites Experience Minimum of 5-10 years of proven sales experience in the real estate industry Education Bachelor s degree in Business Marketing or a related field preferred Languages Fluency in English Marathi and Hindi is required Technical Skills Proficiency in MS Office CRM tools and general computer applications Other Requirements Must own a personal vehicle and possess a valid driving license knowledge of NA Plots will be an add on advantage Preferred Skills Strong negotiation and closing skills convincing skills pleasant decent personality Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Good organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Location Igatpuri Salary 30k-40k per month Benefits 2 lacs accidental policy Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Benefits Life insurance Application Question s How many years experience you have in real estate sales Where do you stay What is your current salary What is your notice period Work Location In person
