Job Description We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team at Amvion Labs Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in outbound calling, lead generation, and sales conversion, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth through proactive calling and relationship management. Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate qualified leads. - Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or services. - Follow up on leads, maintain customer engagement, and convert prospects into clients. - Maintain and update CRM records with accurate call logs and lead details. - Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. - Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion. - Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide prompt resolutions. - Participate in team meetings and contribute to sales strategies and improvement ideas. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Minimum 2+ years of experience in Telesales / Inside Sales / Telemarketing (preferably in IT, SaaS, or B2B sales). - Excellent verbal communication skills in English (Tamil/Hindi added advantage). - Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling skills. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team. - Proficiency in using CRM tools, Excel, and basic MS Office applications. - Ready to work from office (no remote/hybrid option).
