Accounts Intern Qualification Diploma and Other account related courses Stipend 4 000 - 10 000 Contact 91 88916 68940 Mail careers moca gmail com Responsibilities Data Entry and Recording Transactions Assist with recording daily financial transactions sales expenses etc in accounting software or ledgers Update and maintain financial records ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date Bank Reconciliation Help reconcile bank statements with internal financial records to ensure accuracy Invoice Processing Assist with the preparation issuance and processing of invoices Track payments and manage accounts payable receivable Assist in Financial Reporting Help prepare financial statements balance sheets profit and loss statements and reports for management Assist in preparing month-end or year-end closing reports Assist with Budgeting Support in the preparation of budget reports and forecasts Track expenses and help monitor the company s budget performance Supporting Audits Assist in gathering and organizing documentation for internal or external audits Help ensure that the company s accounting practices comply with relevant laws and regulations General Office Support Provide general clerical support to the accounting team including filing documents managing financial records and maintaining spreadsheets Skills and Qualifications Educational Background Accounts Intern would be pursuing or have completed a plus two and diploma in accounting finance or a related field Attention to Detail Precision is critical in accounting an intern must be detail-oriented when handling financial data Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets is often required for data entry reporting and analysis Familiarity with accounting software or enterprise resource planning ERP systems is a plus Communication Skills Good verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members and other departments Organizational Skills The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively Analytical Skills Ability to analyze data identify trends and provide insights Opportunities for Growth As an intern you ll gain hands-on experience that could lead to a full-time role in accounting or finance Internships often provide opportunities to build a professional network and learn from experienced professionals in the field Exposure to different accounting processes will enhance your understanding of the broader financial world Job Type Full-time Pay 4 000 00 - 10 000 00 per month Work Location In person
