Job Requirements At Quest Global it s not just what we do but how and why we do it that makes us different With over 25 years as an engineering services provider we believe in the power of doing things differently to make the impossible possible Our people are driven by the desire to make the world a better place to make a positive difference that contributes to a brighter future We bring together technologies and industries alongside the contributions of diverse individuals who are empowered by an intentional workplace culture to solve problems better and faster Key Responsibilities Power Electronics Design Senior Engineer Experience in leading power electronic product design and development projects Good knowledge on electronic product design and development process from requirement till delivery Strong fundamentals in Semiconductor switches MOSEFT IGBT Gate drivers Passive components ADC DAC Filters connectors PCBs Parasitic and magnetic components Hands on experience with Power estimations thermal management solutions and their implications on EMI EMC Hands on experience with any one of the Power converter design and analysis AC-DC DC-DC DC-AC AC-AC in the 10KW power Strong experience in handling High Voltage 270Vdc Current 50A products Strong understanding of Sensing and protection circuits and schemes Over voltage Over current Over temperature etc Understanding Grounding schemes related to Functional safety isolations Low level signal vs high power EMI EMC Lightning Hands on experience with Mentor graphics Schematics Layout tools LT spice MATLAB simulations Mathcad Excel analysis High frequency magnetic design preferably in flyback transformer design Good knowledge on isolation standards and techniques Experience in power electronics related PCB layout EMC thermal design Fundamentals of electronics components analog and digital circuits Experience in serial protocol such as CAN I2C SPI UART etc Expert in using lab test equipment such as DMM oscilloscope data logger Good understanding of conducted Radiated Emissions susceptibilities and DO160G Hands on with document writing Presentation Project task efforts estimation guiding team members Experience in LTspice and Matlab simulation is preferred Motor controller development using high performance microcontrollers FPGA is preferred Basic understanding of Sensors Position temperature etc Solenoids BLDC PMSM motors RL Electronic loads Dyanamometers is preferred We are known for our extraordinary people who make the impossible possible every day Questians are driven by hunger humility and aspiration We believe that our company culture is the key to our ability to make a true difference in every industry we reach Our teams regularly invest time and dedicated effort into internal culture work ensuring that all voices are heard We wholeheartedly believe in the diversity of thought that comes with fostering a culture rooted in respect where everyone belongs is valued and feels inspired to share their ideas We know embracing our unique differences makes us better and that solving the worlds hardest engineering problems requires diverse ideas perspectives and backgrounds We shine the brightest when we tap into the many dimensions that thrive across over 21 000 difference-makers in our workplace Work Experience Basic Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Electronics Electricals instrumentation communications and 7 to 10 years of relevant experience OR Advance degree and 5 to 8 years of relevant experience
