Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic professional to manage the onboarding of new vendors and brands in the FMCG or Beauty Care category. The role involves:

- Identifying and onboarding new brands/vendors aligned with category needs
- Conducting market research to analyze trends and discover emerging brands
- Negotiating commercial terms and business models with potential partners
- Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to expedite onboarding
- Managing the brand portfolio to ensure category growth
- Competition mapping and study across all the marketplaces

Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in Online or Offline sales/operations within the FMCG or Beauty Care category.

Key Skills:

- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Data analysis and interpretation
- Market and competitor research
