Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers distributors and strategic partners Analyze market trends customer needs and competitor activities to define growth strategies Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and production teams Negotiate contracts pricing and long-term supply agreements Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure Collaborate with internal teams to ensure feasibility cost optimization and timely delivery Achieve assigned sales targets revenue goals and margin objectives Represent the company at trade shows exhibitions and industry events Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field 5 years of business development or sales experience in a manufacturing environment Strong understanding of manufacturing processes materials and supply chain operations Proven track record of achieving sales growth and developing new markets Excellent negotiation communication and presentation skills Ability to read technical drawings and understand product specifications Willingness to travel as required Preferred Skills Competencies Experience in B2B sales within industrial or manufacturing sectors Strategic thinking with strong analytical skills Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment Key Performance Indicators KPIs Revenue growth and new customer acquisition Conversion rate of leads to orders Customer retention and satisfaction Market expansion and strategic account development Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Work Location In person
