POSITION SUMMARY We are looking for a Digital Ecommerce Marketing Manager to develop implement track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels You should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution You will work closely with the business teams and supporting teams like IT and medical team and agency partners to launch campaigns on time and on budget YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES xc2xb7 Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns including SEO SEM marketing automation multichannel marketing influencer marketing social media and display advertising campaignsxc2xb7 Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and understanding on marketing campaignsxc2xb7 Collaborate with internal business teams to plan design and build memorable digital experiences for brands servicesxc2xb7 Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partnersxc2xb7 Lead campaign planning execution and optimization across Search Display Shopping YouTube Facebook and Instagramxc2xb7 Monitor KPIs ROAS CPA CTR LTV and adjust tactics to hit targetsxc2xb7 Explore new ad formats tools and tactics to stay ahead of industry trendsxc2xb7 Design and implement paid and organic visibility campaigns to drive traffic and conversions on different market and Qcom sitesxc2xb7 Manage keyword bidding strategies to improve product search rankings and discoverability xc2xb7 Monitor campaigns performance across e-commerce platforms and take corrective actions when necessaryxc2xb7 Optimize spend on visibility search and discounts to maximize ROI and meet sales targetsWHO YOU ARE xc2xb7 Educational Qualification - B pharma BSC BCA MBA in Marketing Pharmaxc2xb7 Experience - 5 to 7 years in performance advertising with strong experience on both Google and Meta platformsxc2xb7 Proven working experience in digital marketing and up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurementxc2xb7 Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage inform and motivatexc2xb7 Knowledge of website analytics tools e g Google Analytics SEMRush xc2xb7 Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinkingxc2xb7 Specific Certification - Design Thinking Digital MarketingJob Location Sun House Goregaon East Mumbai
