Job Description R&D Engineer We are seeking an enthusiastic and innovative R&D Engineer to join our team in the EdTech Robotics domain. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in electronics circuit design, microcontroller programming, and hardware prototyping, and will contribute to the development of cutting-edge educational robotics projects and applications. What You'll Do - Design, develop, and test electronic circuits and embedded systems for robotics and EdTech applications. - Program and integrate microcontrollers (AVR, ARM, ESP series, etc.) using Arduino IDE or equivalent platforms. - Research, conceptualize, and prototype new products or educational kits in the field of robotics and IoT. - Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of electronic hardware and firmware. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, and design) to deliver complete solutions. - Maintain project documentation, schematics, and test reports. - Support production and quality teams in transitioning prototypes to manufacturable designs. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field. - Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics. - Proficiency in microcontroller programming (Arduino, C/C++, Python). - Experience with AVR, ARM, ESP8266/ESP32 or similar controllers. - Familiarity with sensors, actuators, and communication protocols (UART, I2C, SPI, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth). - Ability to test, troubleshoot, and repair electronic circuits and systems. - Good understanding of hardware prototyping and iterative development. Bonus Skills (Preferred): - Experience in 3D design and printing for mechanical enclosures or robotics parts. - Knowledge of PCB design tools (KiCad, Eagle, Altium, etc.). - Exposure to IoT or automation projects. - Prior experience in EdTech or STEM education product development.
