Equipment Operation Operate manufacturing machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Adjust machine settings to maintain product quality and efficiency. Monitor production lines to identify and resolve operational issues. 2. Assembly & Production Assemble parts, subassemblies, or products as per technical drawings and instructions. Follow precise measurements and tolerances during the production process. Use hand tools, power tools, and automated machinery as required. 3. Quality Control Inspect raw materials, in-process work, and finished goods to ensure they meet quality standards. Record inspection results and report deviations to supervisors or quality control teams. Implement corrective actions in coordination with the QA/QC department. 4. Maintenance & Troubleshooting Perform basic preventive maintenance on machines to reduce downtime. Identify mechanical, electrical, or operational faults and escalate them to the maintenance team. Maintain logs of maintenance activities and issues encountered. 5. Compliance & Safety Follow workplace safety regulations, including the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment). Comply with environmental, health, and safety policies in the manufacturing facility. Participate in safety drills and training programs. 6. Documentation & Reporting Maintain accurate records of production output, machine settings, and material usage. Complete daily shift reports and production logs. Provide feedback on process improvements to enhance efficiency. Skills and Competencies Core Skills Technical Proficiency: Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment. Mechanical Aptitude: Understanding of mechanical systems and components. Attention to Detail: Precision in following manufacturing specifications and quality standards.
